| We've been in the vacation property rental business for years and have found a new way to meet the needs of resort community property owners and guests. We have been successful in renting our properties directly to visitors - and we have experienced some of the challenges of working with traditional property management companies. From our experience and success to date we've put together an arrangement that works for everyone. And we've had strong demand from our existing guests for homes in Winter Park, and requests from homeowners in Winter Park for our services.
We work on a non-exclusive basis, and property owners have the right to terminate our working relationship at any time. There are no restrictive contracts. In addition to our success in Vail and Beaver Creek, we've been very successful in our rental operations in Aspen, Snowmass & Breckenridge. And in addition to launching Winter Park this season, we're also launching Steamboat and Telluride. |
